A Beautiful Disaster - Shutdown

From Del Norte I headed southwest trying to find some warmer temperatures and it just wasn't happening. I got to Mesa Verde and realized, just like Dinosaur National Monument, it was closed because the government is inept. I set up in the parking lot and painted this little 7x12 in 28 degree weather, luckily my brother lent me his snowmobile suit.
